- Duvets on all beds; linen provided weekly (towels option available)

- VoIP phone for both in-coming and out-going calls (with calls allowance)

Shared with Mallard Cottage:
- Ocean Kayak 'Malibu Two', with buoyancy aids and paddles — suitable for one or two average adults or teenagers. This is provided (free of charge) for tenants to use at their own risk within the confines of Bow Creek.
- Private quay with summerhouse
But we regret that we do not accept:
- Smoking (in the apartment or the gazebo)
- Pets (except by special arrangement)
